HOW IT WORKS

BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT - Click on the "Book Appointment" button on this site, or click here to send an email with your details, to book time with your AssistME! Agent.
CONFIRMATION - Receive an email with your appointment info and connection instructions. Save these and be ready for your appointment.
CONNECT - At appointment time your AssistME! Agent will contact you, discuss the issue they will be helping you with, and then help you get connected.
GRANT ACCESS - Once you grant the Agent access to your system, they will begin to look into your issue, while explaining their steps along the way.
ASK QUESTIONS - Ask lots of questions. Seriously, it helps us get to know your needs, and will help you to learn more about your system.
DISCONNECT - Once work is complete, your AssistME! Agent will disconnect from your computer and prepare a summary for your records that will be sent to you through your email account.
